The service

These terms govern membership of the service presented as The Winning Circle. The service publishes selected third-party opportunities, records eligible members included at entry confirmation, tracks external outcomes, and manages any prize record assigned to a member.

The external provider identified on each competition page runs its own promotion. Its eligibility rules, closing time, result process, prize description, and claim requirements apply in addition to these membership terms.

Eligibility

Membership is available only to individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom, provide a valid email address, and accept the current terms. An opportunity may impose narrower eligibility or availability rules. If those rules are not met, a member may be excluded from that entry.

You must keep your information accurate and must not create duplicate or misleading identities.

Joining and secure access

Membership is activated through a time-limited, single-use email link. The same passwordless process is used for later sign-ins. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for telling the team promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

Membership itself has no entry fee, card payment, or recurring subscription. Optional marketing consent is separate and can be changed from the member profile.

How entry records work

Membership does not guarantee entry into every published opportunity. A member is included only when they meet the recorded eligibility requirements at the exact time an administrator confirms an external syndicate entry.

• Each confirmation creates a timestamped snapshot of included members.
• Members who join later cannot be added retrospectively.
• Withdrawal stops future inclusion but does not rewrite a previous snapshot.
• A published closing time may pass before the administrator records the next workflow stage.

The competition page provides the available prize description, provider, status, value estimate, and closing information. Material external-provider restrictions also apply.

Prizes and fulfilment

A prize can only be linked to a member who already appears in that competition’s entry snapshot. The current platform records prizes against named individual recipients; it does not automatically divide every award between all members.

Values marked as estimated are not a cash promise. A non-cash award has no cash alternative unless the external provider expressly offers one. Verification, delivery areas, response deadlines, substitutions, taxes, and other costs may be governed by the provider’s terms and will be communicated to the recipient where relevant.

A public result appears only after notification and never includes the recipient’s identity. Private status moves through recorded, notified, claimed, and fulfilled; a declined record is not published.

Fair use and suspension

Accounts may be suspended or access restricted where information appears false, duplicate identities are used, eligibility is misrepresented, the service is abused, or an attempt is made to interfere with entries, records, access links, or administration. Historical entry and prize evidence is preserved where reasonably necessary.

Changes, cancellation, and availability

Opportunities can change, close, be withdrawn, or be cancelled by an external provider. The Winning Circle may also decide not to submit an entry. Where a material change affects a confirmed record or prize, the relevant members will be contacted when reasonably possible.

These membership terms may be updated for legal, operational, or security reasons. A new version is presented for acceptance when a fresh agreement is required; historical acceptance remains timestamped.

Leaving the circle

You can withdraw from future participation through your dashboard. Withdrawal takes effect for future entry snapshots and does not remove evidence of earlier participation. A deletion request normally anonymises personal information while retaining non-identifying audit history; an unresolved prize may require limited details to be kept until fulfilment is complete.

Responsibility and service limits

The service is provided with reasonable care, but continuous availability and inclusion in any particular opportunity are not guaranteed. The Winning Circle is not responsible for an external provider’s website, rule changes, cancellation, result, or fulfilment outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or affects mandatory consumer rights.
