60 secondsStep 01 · Membership
We collect only the details required to operate membership: your name, email address, eligibility declarations, acceptance of current terms, and an optional communication preference.
Step 02 · Verification
A time-limited link confirms your email and signs you in. Each token is stored as a one-way hash, can only be used once, and expires after fifteen minutes.
Step 03 · Entry record
When an administrator confirms the external syndicate entry, every active and verified member is attached to that competition in one database transaction.
Step 04 · External result
A prize can only be linked to a member already present in that competition’s entry snapshot. The recipient receives an essential notification and can follow its status privately.
